Midwest Physical Therapy and Sports Center Now Offers Custom Foot Orthotics

Midwest Physical Therapy and Sports Center is pleased to announce that physical therapists Rob Kobza, Justin Hash and John Linn have completed special training to evaluate, fabricate and fit patients with custom made foot orthotics.

This same-day service is available at Midwest Physical Therapy and Sports Center’s new south clinic located at 2801 Pine Lake Road, Suite K in the South Ridge Village mall just south of South Pointe.

“We are excited to offer our patients affordable and same-day foot orthotics that provide a highly effective treatment for foot and ankle pain,” said Renee Tewes, owner of Midwest Physical Therapy and Sports Center (MWPT). “As physical therapists, we are always looking for new services that can help the medical community serve their patients and that will help people who are experiencing pain.”

Custom foot orthotics are slip-in devices worn in shoes that support proper alignment of the foot. Custom orthotics can help reduce heel and arch pain, lower back strain, knee pain, flat feet, and foot and leg fatigue.

“People of all ages can benefit from proper foot support, especially athletes or others who are constantly on their feet,” Tewes said.
